just got my hair cut and it got me thinking about previous hairstyles so I doodled the rough timeline of my hair over the years (because I was bored)

This also made me realize I cannot draw straight bangs

also the key is LAYERS. My life was changed when I decided to cut layers into my hair, it made so much of a difference holy crap

that 2016-2019 period where my hair was all one length and also super long and damaged makes me just.,, euuggh yikes 😬

🧪 I made myself a keychaiiiinnnn

it was my first time doing something like this so there were a few issues along the way but I’m overall pretty happy with how it came out :3
There’s a few things I would have done differently now that I’ve done it once (brightening the colors for instance), but it was a cool process overall and I got a physical piece of art out of it so that’s awesome.

for those curious, I used Melody as opposed to Vograce since Melody has no minimum order quantities and I only needed one LOL
